The Relaxation Companion
The Relaxation Companion is a 2 CD set of six relaxation exercises designed to
be used with The Stress Management Companion Premium Edition. Pure versions of each approach
are presented, with an absence of accompanying music or nature sounds, so that practitioners
can identify the unique effects of each approach. Contents include:
